Looking for someone to assist in the duties of overseeing preparation for, making
and delivering catering orders.
This would be an hourly position with an additional stipend for travel.
You would mostly be working with 4 restaurants, North Lakeland, South Lakeland,
Plant City and Riverview, however, on occasion you may be asked to go to
Sarasota and work with one of the 2 restaurants there.
Many times we get last minute orders so you may not fully know in advance what
your schedule is going to be for the week or it may be changed so flexibility is key.
There would be no guaranteed hours. If catering is slow that week you may be
asked to fill in as a crewmember in one of the restaurants or help with marketing.
Job Requirements
-Good knowledge of the catering menu and standards or a willingness to learn it
fully. Someone who upholds the high standards set for any order to go out.
Attention to details.
-Professional attitude and presentation. You will be going into office environments.
-Open availability and flexibility with the schedule, it may require some early
mornings or late nights
-Reliable vehicle, with valid driver’s license and insurance
-Organized, efficient and able to multi-task
-Ability to train others and correct in a professional manner. The goal is to have
all crewmembers knowing how to make and take a catering order.

-There may be additional duties, when catering is slow, or catering manager is
unavailable.

Compensation: Hourly wage plus travel expenses and tips. Hourly pay starts at $12.00 per hour.
