District Manager – Firehouse Subs
Vision Foods, Inc. is a successful Firehouse Subs Franchise Company.
We are looking for a high caliber, experienced District Manager to join our team.
Job Summary
· The District Manager is responsible for supporting and managing all General Managers and their management team members to ensure the brand standards are being met.
· The District manager is also responsible for the coaching and training of General Mangers on a monthly basis with the goal of optimizing profitability & strengthening operational performance.
· The District Manager is also responsible for meeting the defined financial and guest service goals of their territory.
· In addition, he/she is responsible for communicating and documenting issues, such as policies and procedures compliance, Operational improvements, and general marketing practices.
Qualifications:
o This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a District or Multi Unit Manager in a high-volume environment
o Franchising or previous restaurant ownership preferred, but not required
o QSR or Fast Casual experience is preferred, but not required
o Candidate must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development and mentoring of others
o Must possess the ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts
o Strong communication skills
o Sound understanding of Profit & Loss statements & Balance Sheet
o The District manager should always act as a brand ambassador for our company
o Territory includes, Snellville, Loganville and Athens, GA.
