Shift Leader Responsibilities:
● Leads the team in embracing the Firehouse Subs® culture, mission and vision statements by consistently providing superior guest service and embracing high standards of quality and cleanliness
● Participates in interviewing, hiring, training and managing staff under the guidance of the GM
● Steps in and assists with other duties and responsibilities, at the discretion of upper management
● Maintains a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safety guidelines
● Ensures the restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state and federal operating regulations including but not limited to: health regulations, hour and wage regulations, fair employment practices, ADA, etc.
Shift Leader Qualifications:
● Must be 18 or older to apply
● Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
● Previous restaurant, fast food, or retail experience preferred
● Able to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
