About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Firehouse Subs - Broadway Village as a Shift Lead! This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead a passionate crew while delivering delicious, high-quality subs to our valued customers in Lawrence, KS.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their best.
- Manage inventory, placing orders and controlling stock levels effectively.
- Assist in cash handling and financial reporting for the shift.
- Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Support management in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Participate in team meetings to provide feedback and share ideas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and quality food.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Compensation: $9.50 - $12.00 per hour
