About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Firehouse Subs in Deer Park, TX, as a Shift Manager! This exciting position allows you to lead a passionate crew while delivering exceptional service and delicious subs to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Train, motivate, and manage team members to achieve performance goals.
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards in compliance with regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
- Prepare and manage staff schedules to optimize labor efficiency.
- Implement promotional campaigns and ensure quality control of food products.
- Support the General Manager in achieving financial targets and store objectives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or fast-food management role preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
- Passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Compensation: $13.00 per hour
