District Manager – Firehouse Subs (Houston, TX)

Firehouse Subs is seeking an experienced, people-focused District Manager to oversee approximately 5 high-performing locations across the Houston area. What You’ll Do
As our District Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your market’s success. You will:
- Lead, mentor, and develop 5+ General Managers and their teams
- Ensure operational excellence across all locations
- Drive sales growth, traffic, and profitability
- Deliver top-tier guest service and uphold brand standards
- Optimize labor, food cost, scheduling, and inventory management
- Implement company initiatives and execute training programs
- Foster a positive culture that supports engagement, retention, and high performance
- Analyze performance metrics and create action plans for continuous improvement
- Support new store openings, remodels, and ongoing brand development
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR or Fast Casual preferred)
- Strong ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
- Proven track record of improving operations and achieving sales goals
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on, people-first management style
- Ability to travel between Houston-area stores regularly
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
