Job Overview
Firehouse Subs is looking for a reliable and motivated Shift Manager to help oversee daily operations, support the team, and ensure every guest has a great experience.
This role is perfect for someone ready to take the next step in leadership—bridging the gap between crew and management while developing the skills needed to grow into a General Manager role.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts by setting the pace, maintaining energy, and ensuring smooth operations
- Support the General Manager in daily restaurant functions
- Provide direction, coaching, and support to Crew Members
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns quickly
- Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Handle cash management and basic administrative tasks
- Monitor labor and help keep shifts efficient and productive
Qualifications
- 1+ year of restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
