Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Recruiting Specialist to lead hiring efforts across a growing portfolio of 23 restaurant locations. This role is critical to our success—you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent while partnering closely with restaurant leadership to ensure staffing needs are consistently met.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for 23 restaurant locations
- Partner with General Managers and leadership to identify hiring needs and priorities
- Create, post, and manage job ads across multiple platforms (Indeed, social media, etc.)
- Actively source candidates through databases, job boards, referrals, and outreach
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate next steps with managers
- Prepare and send offer letters and manage the hiring process from start to finish
- Oversee and execute onboarding for new hires
- Monitor recruiting performance using data, metrics, and reporting tools
- Develop and implement strategies to increase applicant flow and improve hiring efficiency
- Coach and support managers on best hiring practices and interview techniques
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages
What We’re Looking For
- Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience required
- (restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage high-volume recruiting across multiple locations
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify problems and implement solutions
- Experience working with recruiting platforms (Indeed, ATS systems, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a hands-on approach
