💼 What You’ll Do
- Lead shifts and support daily operations
- Coach and motivate team members
- Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Deliver outstanding guest service every time
- Help hit sales and performance goals
- Step in and solve problems quickly and confidently
👤 What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant or retail experience (leadership a plus)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, organized, and proactive
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
