About the Role:
Firehouse Subs in Laramie, WY is looking for an energetic and organized Catering Manager to lead and grow our catering operations! Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all catering orders from inquiry through delivery and execution
- Oversee catering food preparation, packaging, and presentation to ensure brand standards are met
- Collaborate with restaurant management to ensure seamless integration of catering operations with daily store functions
- Develop and execute local marketing efforts to promote catering services within the community
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and event-based hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for catering deliveries
