- Ø Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state and federal regulations
- Ø Ensure knowledge, adherence and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures
- Ø Ensure the profitability of the business by operation shifts within established guidelines and requirements for food cost, labor, controllables, utilities and sales growth.
- Ø Provide leadership to the restaurant team to consistently meet standards of superior customer service, quality and cleanliness while embracing the Firehouse Subs "Culture" of a cheerful and fun work environment.
- Ø Maintains a coaching, teaching and follow-up method of communication at all times.
- Ø Assist the General Manager in coordinating and implementing current operations game plans and company initiatives in a profitable and timely manner.
- Ø Participate in interviewing, training and disciplining employees under the guidance of the general manager.
- Ø Ensure all required programs, reports and legal documents are accurate, complete and accomplished on schedule.
- Ø Maintain a safe and secure work and dining environment

- - Maintain awareness and participation in community affairs to take advantage of sales and public relations opportunities

- - Maintain restaurant equipment in full working order and communicate problems immediately to General Manager
